Acorns to Oaks Children's Day Out
Purpose and Goals
We are so happy to offer Acorns to Oaks Children’s Day Out program. Our program provides meaningful group learning experiences for preschoolers Monday through Thursday, while parents/guardians are engaged in community affairs, church activities, and other events of their choosing. The program strives to give children an early love for Jesus and the church while also providing a social environment where children learn to interact and engage with their peers.
registration for 2017-18 school year
Existing Families can enroll beginning March 20th. You can re-enroll your students by clicking Re-Enroll below. You will also be able to add siblings. There will be a $100 registration fee due for each student. Once your child has been re-enrolled, you will receive an invoice for your registration fee that you will be able to pay through the portal.
On March 27th, enrollment will be open to families on the waiting list. Open Enrollment will begin April 3rd for new families. You can register online below or in person. Once registration has been received, you will receive a link to our parent portal where you can pay your $100 registration fee invoice.
All September tuition fees will be due August 1st. Contact Dawn Beacom for registration information.
Daily Classroom Activities
Each day, children are taught through themed units using a learning center approach. Children will be exposed to letters, numbers, colors and a weekly Bible story. Other classes and special activities are provided through the week. These include: Chapel, Spanish, and Music.
Dates and Times
Our program begins at the beginning of the school year in September right after Labor Day and ends in May. Our school day is Monday/Wednesday 9 a.m. - 2 p.m., or Tuesday/Thursday 9 a.m. - 2 p.m., following the AISD calendar.
Tuition and Fees
A non-refundable registration fee of $100.00 per child will be due upon registration. The monthly tuition per child is as follows:
6 months - 2 years - $260.00 2 years + - $250. In addition, for children in the 2 - 4 year old classes there is an activity fee of $75.00 due once in the fall and once in the spring. The Spanish PreK Dual-Language/Immersion class will be $280. Payment may be paid by cash or check.
