At Austin Oaks we have several classes and support groups that are available to help you in your time of need. Check out the groups/classes below. Whole-person care addressing spiritual, emotional, intellectual and physical needs in the context of healthy relationships. Specializes in Christian counseling, play therapy, unresolved grief and loss, eating disorder recovery, 'Maintenance checks' and equipping for dating couples and dating coaching.

Crave Women's Support & Training Groups

Food and cravings go together, but so do souls and cravings. As women we often struggle with soul cravings that we learned to deal with using food. Have you ever struggled with how you see yourself? Does food control your activities?

  • When—90 minutes weekly for 6 weeks, new groups beginning end of May.
  • Where—Streams Counseling Center.
  • Cost—$30/session includes materials. Sliding scale might be available.

Celebrate Recovery

Designed to help those struggling with hurts, hang-ups and habits by showing them the loving power of Jesus Christ through the recovery process. Childcare is available, if reserved. Meets Monday nights in the Austin Oaks Community Hall at 7PM.
