Our Discipleship Pastor is a leader who shares AOC’s passion to reach young professionals and families in Austin with the saving grace of Jesus Christ and to offer opportunities and environments where people are encouraged, equipped and empowered to grow to spiritual maturity in Him. He has a strong calling to leadership development, spiritual growth and mobilizing believers. The Discipleship Pastor partners with the Senior Pastor and Strategic Leadership Team to develop a disciple-making culture at AOC. Pastor/Director of Children's Ministry

Our Pastor/Director of Children’s Ministry is a leader who shares AOC’s passion to reach young families in Austin with the saving grace of Jesus Christ. He/she has a huge heart for kids from birth to 5th grade and is experienced at developing a fun and engaging ministry that draws them into a genuine relationship with Christ and builds a solid foundation as they begin their walk with Him. Acorns to Oaks Children's Day Out Teachers

We are currently accepting applications for Children's Day Out lead, assistant and substitute teachers. We seek teachers who strongly desire to provide a fun, safe and nurturing learning experience in a Christian environment for our weekly program Mondays - Thursdays. Requirements: Must be a Christian and experienced in working with children. A basic love for children and a commitment to teaching are essential. Minimum qualifications for a Children’s Day Out Teacher should be a high school education, GED, or vocational training.
