CAMP GLADIATOR @ AOC SPORTS
AOC Sports has partnered with CG! WHAT IS CG? CG is a four-week fitness program led by Certified Personal Trainers, where every workout is different. Each "Camp" is a 60 minute, full-body workout incorporating both cardio and strength exercises. CG was initially built around outdoor workouts and is now excited to offer virtual workouts as well!
We have two members of AOC currently as personal trainers just for you! AOC SPORTS MINISTRY’s CG TRAINERS: Parker Lewallen and Christopher Jahng.

We are actively seeking to disciple and train more members of the church to utilize CG as an amazing outreach, while also growing a personal career long term. CG is looking for highly-motivated individuals who have a desire to impact lives through amazing group fitness!
If you are a member of AOC, why do it on your own? Join the AOC Sports ministry team and let’s run this journey together. CG is for everyone, but at AOC Sports, discipleship is a big part of becoming one of our CG Trainers at AOC. Only AOC members that are trainers will be using AOC as their locations long-term. This includes use of the AOC Sports Virtual Studio and all our gear.
Specifically looking for a trainer that can work M/W mornings and evenings – for both outdoor and virtual camps

OUTSIDE & ONLINE AT AOC with Valerie Bryan
I’m an American Heart Association CPR Instructor with over 14 years of experience teaching in a clinical setting for Healthcare Providers and laypeople. I teach at several clinics, hospitals, schools, fitness gyms and churches throughout Austin and surrounding areas. Before becoming an instructor, I took countless CPR classes and I never really felt confident in my CPR skills. After becoming an instructor myself, I realised that CPR does not have to be complicated and can be so much fun to learn! My life’s mission is to empower as many people in our community with vital life-saving skills On a personal note, I’ve lived in South Austin for 25 years. My husband Barton and I have an active 6 year old boy named Jack who attends Mills Elementary and loves drawing and Basketball. I would be thrilled to help the Austin Oaks Church community learn to be Life-Savers! ~Val Bryan

SPORTS LEAGUES & OPEN PLAY SPORTS
When active, we have 2 main leagues for indoor co-ed volleyball. Our Thursday night league is for intermediate/advanced level play. Monday nights are for rec/beginner level play.
Currently, our gym is closed for group usage for safety reasons, as we share it with the children's building which houses our preschool as well. Main problem with the gym itself is the lack of circulation with the old HVAC system so we just can't keep quality air circulating for you, like we would want and as required by guidelines we follow. for more updates on the FB Group page, via our email list, church news or right here.
We will start our launch of pickleball with Monday afternoon and Saturday open play days/nights. Dates are to be determined. We will expand into tournaments and weekly leagues.
